With significant experience in carrying out litigation support services (otherwise known as forensic accounting), much of our activity involves producing reports, normally for the use of the Courts. It is this experience that ensures that our groundwork is carried out to a necessary degree of thoroughness and that our report is written in an appropriate way.

Usually, our work is commissioned by solicitors when relatively complex financial calculations are required e.g. estimating losses or damages suffered in legal actions. Over the years we have prepared detailed financial reports for a wide range of cases including:

contractual disputes
criminal cases relating to insolvency
divorce actions
Fatal Accident Act claims
professional negligence actions
We are happy to act as expert witnesses, instructed by one side but with a prime responsibility to the Court. We are also happy act as jointly appointed experts, or as shadow experts. As shadow experts we produce reports for one side only: these are not prepared for disclosure to the other side.
