Biodiversity Net Gain: A Solution for Property Developers

23 April 2024 - Rachel Cornes

We are delighted to invite you to join us this summer at Holt Farm, to find out more about the recent legislation announced on biodiversity net gain (BNG) and what it means for property developers. Whether large or small, every grant of planning permission requires the biodiversity net gain objective to be met.

Together, Scrutton Bland, Nature Based Farming & Locus Planning will share their knowledge on the recently launched framework and what property developers need in place to ensure they meet BNG requirements.

This event is an excellent opportunity to see first hand the BNG units in place and how the natural environment has been revived.
