Seminar for Solicitors on the Legal Services Act 2011

Scrutton Bland Independent Financial Advisers are members of SIFA (Solicitors Independent Financial Advice), the FSA-recognised support group for financial advisers.  As you may know from the Law Society web site and e-mail bulletins, SIFA have launched an initiative to facilitate relations between solicitors and professional financial planning firms such as ourselves, who work on a fee basis and possess advanced qualifications.

In support of the initiative, we are holding a breakfast and lunchtime seminar on Tuesday 28 February in which SIFA’s Legal Affairs Director, Stuart Bushell, will be providing an update on the Act, the new SRA rules and the forms of association with other professionals which are now or will in due course be open to solicitors.
