We have a great opportunity to join our Insurance team as an Account Executive, you’ll be part of an amazing team who really support each other in what they do.
We operate as a privately owned and independent business and pride ourselves on our friendly, efficient service. We are also a member of the Willis Towers Watson network, an association of independent insurance brokers, which gives our clients the added benefit of being able to tap into the exclusive underwriting facilities and insurer relationships enjoyed by one of the world’s largest insurance brokers. We are looking for a candidate will who bring enthusiasm and energy to our team as we continue to grow, together with a flexible attitude.
You will work as part of a team assisting clients on an ongoing basis. The role will encompass a mix of office and home working, with regular travelling required to meet with clients. Our clients are involved in a very wide variety of businesses, from high-tech research and development, charities, haulage, construction, agriculture and goods production.

Some of the day to day will look like this:
You will liaise with existing clients as well as drive business development
You will be responsible for winning new clients and fulfilling a new business target
You’ll build maintain relationships with your strong network of clients, get to know them, and understand their needs
You must be prepared to travel, mainly within Essex and Suffolk, and it is therefore a requirement that applicants hold a full clean driving license and have access to their own transport
