Our Corporate Finance team works closely with clients offering invaluable insights and strategic advice. We are looking for a personable, driven and commercially aware individual to join our team as a Corporate Finance Technician. Could this be the role for you?

The role
We are looking for an individual that has an interest in Corporate Finance looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be joining a busy team and will have their own remit to own and deliver on as well as supporting the wider Corporate Finance team.
The role is varied, with no day being the same. The successful candidate will be supporting on reports, projections, and valuations. Similarly, they could be helping to drive the business strategy by creating and generating new business contacts. There will be plenty of opportunities to attend and participate in client meetings.
Our ideal candidate will be personable and conscientious. They will enjoy or have a passion for Corporate Finance and a desire to develop their technical knowledge and know how to support our clients.
The successful candidate will:
  • Have an Accounting/Finance related degree or have achieved AAT Level 3 or 4
  • Have 18 months experience in a Corporate Finance, Audit, Forensic Accounting or Accounts Preparation/Business Advisory role
  • Have a full driving license and access to independent transport
  • Be a team player who enjoys working as part of a busy team to achieve team targets
  • Be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen  
  • Be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of double entry bookkeeping
  • Be competent using Microsoft Office and other software applications
