By joining our graduate scheme, you’ll have a permanent job that will earn you a competitive salary and offer some great benefits. Salary starts from £22,000 dependant on your degree. 

What you’ll do

Each of our graduate schemes have a different focus. If you join our Business Advisory programme,  you’ll learn how to prepare clients accounts and tax returns’, gaining knowledge to enable you to advise clients on running and growing their businesses. In Audit, you’re more likely to be reviewing and testing the financial information of the business to ensure that we can sign off an independent assessment of the organisation’s financial records and procedures.  

All of our projects are about problem-solving, which we think happens best when we work collaboratively. Throughout your training andcareer, you’ll connect with colleagues across different teams, to tackle the trickiest challenges for our clients. 

With more projects focused on technology and the latest digital developments, we approach every client with a clear eye on the future. It’s that vision that enables us to help our clients make some of their biggest decisions. 

You’ll get to work with, and learn from, a number of colleagues, discover how to build trust with clients, and become an expert in your field. 

As a graduate, you can join us through a number of routes which include, but are not limited to: 

• Audit & Accountancy – you will start with AAT, before progressing to either ACA or ACCA

Throughout our graduate scheme you’ll will be given hands on practical experience with a varied portfolio of clients from high-tech research and development to further education to agriculture and be paid while you learn. You’ll also get paid time-off to study and revise for your exams, supported by us all the way to complete your professional qualification. 

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in any subject
• 3 A levels at grades A*-C or equivalent
