What will you do?

This is a new role. As a partner led and owned organisation our strength is in our people. The past couple of years has seen enormous changes in how we work and how we deliver our client led solutions. We are seeking a very special person to support the Group and in particular the Leadership Team.

The Senior Leadership Team consist of Partners and the Marketing and HR Director, you will be part of this team and support the organisation and any governance elements as needed. You will have the authority where appropriate to act on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team in terms of progressing projects, participating in meetings, and ensuring notes and actions are effective and actioned.

The role is varied, you will have line management responsibilities for our small Reception and Facilities team. You will work closely with key members of the Senior Leadership Team to make sure the firm runs smoothly, be responsible for ensuring key governance papers are up to date and organised, including lease agreements, partner agreements, contracts etc. You will be trusted with a great deal of confidential information and will need to display high standards of propriety in all you do, this is why our values and behaviours are so important to all we do.

No two days will be the same so we need you to have high levels of energy, can do and be extremely organised, able to prioritise, remain calm and in control and be proactive in your thoughts and actions. We are an organisation that believes in training, and have over 45 trainees in our firm, all ages, and all levels, therefore you will need to be able to ensure information is understood to enable deadlines to be achieved.

Based in our Ipswich office, we envisage you will spend time in all our offices getting to know people and ensuring you are meeting the operational and project needs of the Group, so you will need to be flexible in your approach. We have high standards of professionalism, but we also want you to bring your whole self to work, we want you to be you, so a genuine desire to help and be supportive is an absolute must.
