WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Based in our Colchester office, you will liaise directly with the everyone in our Ipswich, Colchester and Diss offices, you will be the first contact for clients, contacts, and colleagues.
We have high standards of professionalism, but we also want you to bring your whole self to work, we want you to be you, so a genuine desire to help and be supportive is an absolute must.
The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. It is a busy reception and administration role that will often mean you will need to stay calm, professional, and able to prioritise tasks as appropriate.
You will need to answer our switchboard as part of the day-to-day operations
Organise, scan, and distribute incoming post to the relevant team/individual
Typical administration tasks that you might get involved with include:
Co-ordinating H&S, GDPR and DSE training for new starters and supporting the administration of the induction process
Supporting and helping to organise catering and hospitality events internally and externally, AGM, Budget Breakfast, Christmas party etc
Support for facilities, ensuring appropriate action is taken if necessary
Review and improve the processes in consultation with all interested parties
Greeting our clients and visitors, making them feel both welcome and treated with the personal touch is very important to us as a firm
Flexibility to work in Ipswich to cover sickness, holiday and to build relationships to ensure consistency across offices
