John Perry

Audit Partner

John is an Audit Partner in our Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich offices.

John is an Audit Partner with experience across a diverse range of business sectors and corporate structures.  He has worked with entities at all stages of their business life cycle.  His current portfolio includes a number of owner managed business and charitable organisations.

Before joining Scrutton Bland, John was based in London for most of his career working with clients across the UK. John is experienced in the audit of financial statements prepared under both UK and International financial reporting standards, he also has experience of auditing regulatory returns for entities that operate in the financial services sector.

His experience includes a variety of other services to clients, including GAAP conversions and transaction support. In addition to ensuring that all audit work is efficient and robust, John is also keen to gain a clear understanding of the business and its operations, this helps ensure that all our work well planned and appropriately tailored to our clients.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen cyclist.
