Stewart Halton

Corporate Services Director

Stewart is a Director at Scrutton Bland, having originally joined Argents Accountants in 2003.

With over 20 years’ experience, he works closely with small and medium-sized businesses, providing practical support across accounts preparation, tax compliance and business advisory.

Stewart now specialises in providing audit and assurance services for a number of limited companies and charities. He focuses on delivering efficient audit processes while identifying opportunities to strengthen systems, controls and overall financial reporting.

Alongside his audit work, Stewart has extensive experience with a range of cloud-based accounting software and is a Xero Certified Advisor. He regularly supports clients with training and implementation, helping them streamline processes and improve the quality of financial information.

Outside of work, Stewart enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and has recently taken up archery.
