Carl Bullen

Senior Risk and Assurance Auditor

Carl undertakes risk and assurance internal audits for our clients.

With a background in financial services for risk and compliance work, Carl has in-depth knowledge of the issues facing his clients in the education and social housing sectors.

Carl has worked for Scrutton Bland since 2017, undertaking audit and risk and assurance work for a range of clients including social housing, early/primary years, secondary schools and universities through the East and South of England and inner London. Carl’s background is in financial services for risk and compliance and group Internal Audit. When not at work he spends all his available time with his family, usually involving standing on the banks of rivers and lakes attending local and national rowing events.
