Jon Spoor

Business Advisory Partner

Jon is a Partner in our Norwich office specialising in the agricultural sector.

With over 25 years’ experience, he works closely with a wide range of farming businesses, providing ongoing support across budgeting, cashflow management and asset finance, alongside advising on strategic business decisions.

Jon has particular expertise in strategic and succession planning, helping farming families and businesses navigate long-term challenges and opportunities. He also has extensive experience with agricultural accounts software.

Having studied at Harper Adams University in Shropshire, Jon moved to Norfolk where he qualified as an ACA in 2005 and became an FCA in 2017. He has maintained a longstanding interest in agriculture throughout his career and is passionate about supporting the sector.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family and can occasionally be found on the golf course.
