Shannon Tighe

Head of Operations

Shannon is Head of Operations across each of our offices.

As Head of Operations, Shannon plays a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently. Leading an administration team of 8 across all offices, she’s responsible for the seamless organisation, coordination and completion of multiple projects.

Working with teams across the business, she oversees everything from IT improvements and the successful integration of acquired businesses to facilities management and administrative support for our Partners. And with a strong background in RAF operations, HR and experience as a PA, she uses all her knowledge and experience to always keep one step ahead.

Outside the office, Shannon is just as creative and hands-on. She’s an avid country music fan, enjoys gardening and exploring the beauty of Scotland, and is the person to speak to if you’re after an inventive new pizza topping!
