Sonja Lambourne

Sonja graduated from the University of Reading in 2010 with a degree in land management. Following a short break she completed AAT at another firm before joining Scrutton Bland in 2013, working from their Ipswich office and becoming ACCA qualified in 2017. Sonja provides financial advice to small and medium sized businesses, particularly within the agriculture sector and to clients needing assistance with land and property issues. Sonja very much enjoys working with the farming community on issues such as accounts compliance, bookkeeping, company secretarial and general business advice. She also assists with tax compliance work such as VAT, personal tax returns and Corporation Tax returns. As a Xero certified adviser, Sonja provides support to clients who use Xero and other cloud-accounting systems. Outside of work Sonja enjoys travelling with her husband and friends, learning languages, reading, and meeting her clients at agricultural events such as the Suffolk Show where she has volunteered as a Steward for several years.
