Scrutton Bland gets a new look. Leading financial services firm updates its logo, supported by a brand new website

The financial services firm, which can trace it roots back almost a century to an insurance broking business founded at the end of the First World War, has grown considerably over recent years. 

Where the name Scrutton Bland was once synonymous with accountancy and insurance, the East Anglian based firm has spent the last few years expanding its services and now offers the range and breadth of financial services to both business and private clients which is more often associated with large national brands, but which Scrutton Bland deliver through structure of locally based teams.

Jason Fayers, the firm’s Managing Partner was excited about the announcement:

“We can be justifiably proud of the professionalism, depth and breadth of advice we offer our clients and we need our brand to reflect this.  Over the past few months we have been working on refreshing the Scrutton Bland brand – starting with our logo and colours.” He continued, “Our new logo has been designed to be optimistic, bright and modern – all attributes with which we want to be associated. Over the next few weeks you will see the branding around the offices and our systems and literature changing to the new style”.

“We have undergone a number of developments at the firm over the last few months. We have introduced a new client Portal, brought in a new Client Relationship Management database and adopted electronic processes wherever we can to enhance client security and ease of access to their documents. This has all been part of our development as a firm and in creating an organisation which can operate more efficiently and effectively both for our clients and ourselves.”

Talking about the reasons behind the new website, Jason Fayers said:

“Over the past 3 years we have significantly grown our range of services. We now have a sophisticated employee benefits division which looks after clients both within the region and beyond and have invested in our Corporate Finance Services team who have become a significant force in their area and last year our Cloud Accounting solution was nominated for a national award. We are now truly multi-disciplined practice and it is important that we can show our clients and prospective clients that we are a joined up financial services provider and our website is the perfect way to do this”.

The firm also announced that it has brought all of its business units under the Group brand umbrella and announced that their Diss based operation, Merrick Hill, will now operate under the Scrutton Bland name and logo.

The new website www.scruttonbland.co.uk and brand goes live today and the new Group website includes all of the firm’s business areas and replaces the need for the firm to host multiple websites.
