DEA+RO&CO S.p.A. is an Italian industrial group based in Reggio Emilia, specializing in the design and manufacture of high-end modular workshop furniture, technical workstations, and fluid management systems for the automotive and industrial sectors.
Known under the international brand WORKY – their cutting-edge products are supplied to businesses across the world.
DEA+RO&CO S.p.A. was advised by Baldi & Partners on transaction structuring, tax and legal matters, and contractual documentation, Legal and property due diligence was conducted by GGI member firm Kingsley Napley. Financial and tax due diligence was conducted by GGI member firm Prager Metis CPAs.
