David Collins

Senior Tax Adviser

David is a Senior Tax Adviser with expertise in UK and non-UK tax residency rules.

Working from our Colchester office David provides personal tax advice for clients, and specialises in the tax residency rules for UK and non-UK domiciled individuals.

Having lived and worked in Chelmsford for most of his life, David recently relocated to Thorpe-Le-Soken and works from our Colchester office. During his career in general practice, David gained broad accountancy experience, but then turned to specialising in personal tax advice for the last twelve years. David enjoys building close relationships with his clients to understand their needs and advise them in the best possible way, and several of his clients have followed him from firm to firm. When he’s not busy undertaking home improvements, David enjoys dragging his young family off their digital devices and outdoors for walks, cycles and frequent trips to the nearby Essex coast. David is also a self-confessed science geek.
