Keely Collis

Outsourcing Manager

Keely joined Scrutton Bland in February 2025 and leads our outsourced finance and bookkeeping team, working across all of our offices from her base in Colchester.

With over 20 years’ experience in bookkeeping, payroll and accounting, Keely has worked across a wide range of sectors including legal, property, industry and rural businesses. Before joining Scrutton Bland, she was an Associate Director and Head of Bookkeeping managing a team of up to 10 bookkeepers and overseeing the finances of more than 500 clients nationwide.

Keely specialises in cloud and desktop bookkeeping systems including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage Line 50, and has extensive experience managing sales, purchase and bank ledgers, VAT, payroll, payment approvals and compliance. She also produces regular cash flow reports and supports both clients and internal teams with financial reporting and process improvement.

Outside of work, Keely enjoys gem painting, reading and testing her problem-solving skills in escape rooms.
