Sam works from our Colchester office as a Senior Tax Adviser in our Private Client tax team, with a special emphasis on advising clients on tax issues relating to trusts, estates and Inheritance Tax.

Sam joined the Scrutton Bland in 2007 and trained with the firm until qualification. Sam is now one of our tax managers within the Colchester office and is part of the Private Client team, specialising in the taxation of Trusts and Estates and Inheritance Tax. Sam is particularly keen in assisting clients with tax planning to mitigate exposure to income tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax.
