Outsourcing Manager

Lydia's expertise ranges from Management accounts production to advice on Cloud-Based software.

Lydia is Outsourcing Manager in the Business Advisory department. She comes from a background in industry with a focus on streamlining financial systems and processes. Lydia joined Scrutton Bland as Internal Finance Manager in 2022 before becoming Outsourcing Manager in 2023.

Lydia has worked with various clients to help create and deliver an outsourcing service which aligns with the individual needs of their business, leveraging cloud-based software to create a package that works for them.

Lydia specialises in management accounts and financial forecasting alongside production of VAT returns.

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys classic literature, boxing and cooking meals, which are only a disaster occasionally.
